You are sending out brochures to your customers or potential customers because you want them to do something, and the best way to make sure anyone does anything is to tell them what’s in it for them. So remind your customers about why they do business with you – what you offer them that no one else can. Then give them something tangible which no one else does, an incentive to come back to you. This may be a discount, a special bonus offer or the chance to try a new product or service for free when they come back for an existing one. But whatever you choose to offer your customers they are much more likely to keep your brochure and come back to you if you give them a reason and no one can resist a reason like a discount voucher in their hands.
